Jeong QC ("we") respects the privacy of everyone who uses the PIPE app ("the app"). This policy explains what information the app handles and where it is stored.
- There is no sign-up or login. We do not ask for your name, phone number or email.
- Your work log, pay settings and parking location are stored only on your phone and are never sent to us.
- Ads appear only when you choose to tap for them. They never pop up while you use the app.
1Information We Collect
The app has no sign-up or login. We do not collect your name, phone number, email address or any other information that identifies you.
2Information Stored Only on Your Phone
The following information is entered by you or created when you use a feature, and is stored only on your phone. It is not sent to our servers, and we cannot see it.
- Work log (daily work records and notes)
- Pay settings (daily rate, overtime rate, per diem, pay per company)
- Parking location
3Location
The app checks your phone’s current location (GPS) only when you use the parking location feature and only if you have allowed location permission. The location is stored only on your phone and is not sent to us. You can turn off location permission at any time in your phone settings; all other features will still work.
4Advertising
The app may contain ads. Ads appear only when you choose to tap a button for them; they never pop up on their own while you use the app.
To show ads, an ad provider (for example, Google AdMob) may collect your advertising ID, device information and IP address. This information is handled by the ad provider, not by us, under the provider’s own privacy policy. (See Google’s advertising policies)
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings.
5Export, Backup and Sharing
Excel export, backup and KakaoTalk sharing work only when you start them yourself. The files or content go only where you choose (your phone storage, KakaoTalk, etc.); we do not receive them. You are responsible for keeping your exported and backup files.
6Retention and Deletion
Because the app’s data is on your phone, it is deleted when you uninstall the app. You can delete exported and backup files yourself.
7Sharing with Third Parties
We do not collect personal information, so we do not share it with third parties. For information collected by ad providers, see section 4.
8Children
The app is not directed at children under 14.
